I received a delivery of 30 pieces to furnish a 2BD condo that required assembly of several of the pieces. The crew of two arrived at 5 PM after two deliveries and it took 5 hours to complete the delivery. They worked nonstop and took only a short break to drink some water. Because the condo had yet to be painted, they had to pile the furniture in the middle of the living room and work in cramped conditions and with high heat and level of humidity. Four hours into the delivery it got dark and since there were no lights installed in the condo, I borrowed a flashlight to help them see what they were doing. In spite of the heat, mosquitoes and having worked a very long day, Andre and the driver were extremely patient and professional, worked carefully not to damage the furniture, the new walls or floors, and completed the delivery at 10 PM. I couldn't have wished for a more polite, competent and dedicated team to deliver my new furniture! This was by far the most impressive delivery experience of my life! They have my highest and most sincere recommendation. Thank you for being so awesome!

This company was contracted to (white-glove) deliver furniture to my house by Hickory Furniture Mart. They gave me a delivery date one week out. It allowed time for me to arrange my work schedule and to have someone at the house to pay them, inspect furniture and accept delivery. I had a question about who to make the cashiers check out to, and called them no less than 8 times over the next few business days, during business hours. No one ever answered, and there’s not an option to leave a message. I emailed one of the email addresses on their website, but it bounced back. I finally got a response from another email address I found a couple days later. It was kind of frustrating, but so far, so good. They called back less than 36 hours before the scheduled delivery and wanted to deliver in the next 12 hours. I explained that it didn’t work with the scheduled I’d arranged and that no one would be at the property. I said I would be willing to rearrange my schedule for a discount on the $720 delivery fee. He offered me $75 off, which I didn’t accept. I said it would need to be at least a $300 discount in order for it to be worth my time/energy/loss of work to rearrange my schedule. That’s when the D&D employee started yelling at me. My favorite line was: “I’m not asking you to give us your house! I’m just asking you to work with us!” I didn’t realize that them taking my house was even an option, so heads up. I understand there was a scheduling error, but it’s not my responsibility to lose work and rearrange MY schedule because of their mistake. The delivery drivers delivered as originally scheduled. They were not in a good mood or friendly. They were paid, tipped, sent on their way, and I finished installing the hardware on my own. I would highly recommend this company hiring a logistics coordinator since they make long-haul deliveries. You may not have a choice if this company is contracted out as a third party. If that’s the case, my sincerest sympathy to you.

Probably some of the rudest people I am ever dealt with in their office. We bought furniture and it was delivered, unfortunately some of the pieces had damage, not their fault. The guys who came were nice and took back the pieces to make repairs and then redeliver. That’s when the nightmare started. Countless phone calls trying to find out when our furniture would come back, no return calls, nasty receptionist, countless lies about what was going on, so many that they would contradict themselves. Brandy was the worst because she would never follow up, return calls, and flat out lie if you could get her on the phone. I finally went back to the company that we bought the furniture from for help. They were also given the run-around, not called back and lied to. It took us 2 1/2 months to get the furniture back. We were told the pieces were put together and inspected. When it was delivered, the 2 pieces were not put together - 1 had some damage, but we didn’t care. The second couldn’t be put together because there were no holes drilled. Sent that back and got our money back because I did not want to deal with these people again. Terrible company to deal with if you have to send pieces back and redelivered. Never again!

NOT happy with this delivery company at all , I have been waiting for a media console for 5 MONTHS , D&D call a week in advance to say they would be delivering it on may 11, 2024 between 2&5 pm and what happens, I get a phone call at 2:10 pm from them only to say they are having truck problems, it's typical because if u read other reviews about this company they say the same thing about the company calling to say they have truck issues, we took the day off from work for this delivery and now we have to wait God only knows how much longer to get our product !!!! Emma mason better look into a new delivery service bc these people suck !!!!!!!!!!

Our delivery men Michael and Brandon were excellent. They called a few hours before schedule to see if we could take delivery earlier and were able to do that. The furniture was wrapped perfectly and I wasn’t sure that they were going to get any of the pieces through the front door. They were able to maneuver the large 3 piece sofa through the front door without any damage. I was amazed. Highly recommend

My furniture was delivered this morning, and the men were very professional and friendly. They were considerate of my narrow hallways and the yard. This is the second delivery I have had, and I have been delighted with the service.

Cancelled me last Saturday because their truck broke down. Ok ..stuff happens. I didn't hear back so I sent an email on Sunday and then called numerous times Monday and Tuesday. No response. They have a business phone that no one answers that DOESN'T have any voice mail to leave a message.
Then, at 8pm I get a random call from a driver that they are in Detroit and have one more stop before me! They get to my house at 945pm! Never called ahead. No idea they were coming and I work at 5am
Driver has me sign his papers then states if you're satisfied we accept tips!!!
If you can AVOID using this company do. So UNPROFESSIONAL.

Two gentlemen showed up at our house at 7:30 in the evening to deliver our furniture. Even though they had a long day, they were the most courteous and conscientious furniture delivery people my husband and I have ever met. The furniture was packaged well, and they were very careful in their moving and assembly of the furniture. Very pleased!
