Ok, so have a clean mvr, csa,psp. Applied with more than enough otr experience(38 yrs) for a yard switch position.
Everything was going good til they asked for my long form physical
At that point, Blake said he could no longer process my application
I believe they discriminated against me due to my age & info on my long form physical.
Point being if your older or have undesirable info on your long form physical they probably will not hire you.
