The woman working at 11pm is one of the worst I've seen in the industry. Honestly I wasn't driving tonight and I'm glad. I bit my tongue only out of customer relations. If I was her boss she would be fired like yesterday. I would never allow my employee to talk to my customers and drivers the way she does and also delay whoever she feels when she feels like it. Unbelievable! If I can avoid coming back, I sure will avoid it!!

I had delivery at 3:00 am they got me at 1:00 am unload and reload at 2:00 am i was out!

I’m a trucker, got load to GMVM Flint Assembly, my window time between 2300 and they didn’t receive it til 02:30
The worst company that I have ever seen, hospitality Zero, customers service negative, got attitude for no reason.

As A Drop Only Driver It's A Good Experience,Be Aware If They Are Very Busy You Will Be Unloaded By Appointment Time But Overall Good Experience.

Horrible place to be unloaded at. Go there every Wednesday, sometimes Saturday, always at the same time. 10 pm. Get in there at 945 and there’s always three guys sitting in the office, playing on their phones and smoking vapes but doing absolutely nothing to help the growing line of people outside the shipping/receiving office claiming they’re “transferring over and waiting on the other crew to show up.” Yet can sit there for 40 minutes, I’d presume on the clock, doing nothing while they wait. Like I said, horrible place to get loaded/unloaded at.
