Ordered UPS ground specifically for a tracking number. They somehow was able to lose my package even before the package gets an origin scan, so I can't even file a claim with ups based on the tracking number. Really questionable business.

I had a good experience. Live scan is $35 even though the state website still says $21 after many years. But they use updated technology, and not ink-based fingerprinting, so the process is faster. I did ask to confirm all the information before I left.

PO Pack did all of the shipping for a large Kickstarter book project for me. About 300 books and a few dozen posters and postcards. I didn’t receive one complaint for damaged or late shipments. Everything was handled professionally and the process was smooth. I highly recommend them.

An absolute disgrace. Should not be in business. Was absent during the announced working hours all of the 4 times I tried. The last time I needed notarization in an emergency, I had to run to her residence and have the notarization done in the street -- no cards accepted, no change available, no receipt.
Since You Send Me lost its notary, those who need a notary for their business should avoid this neighborhood -- the new UPS store is no help either, as it is chronically understaffed and keeps you waiting a long time.

There was a previous reviewer who states that they charged an absurd amount for shipping a package. I had the exact same experience. I shipped a 2 lb. box (12"x8"x6") and they charged me $23.36 (including the $2.50 box and a $2 "packing" (really just taping) charge) to ship it via parcel post. The USPS site indicates a cost of less than $10.

Also, I had indicated that I wanted the cheapest option available. He told me that it would be $30, including tracking and insurance. This was clearly not the cheapest option, and I had to squeeze it out of him by repeatedly asking if there was a cheaper option, without tracking and without insurance. I feel this business depends on dishonest upselling and overcharging. I will not use this business again.

Came in to get some documents notarized and overnighted, was quick and easy. Lady was helpful. Looks like some construction going on outside the building, but overall good experience.

I love PO Pack- nice people and good service. Yes, their rates are higher than the PO, but not more than the UPS store. To get your pkgs sent cheaper, you have to take them to NW Richmond. They are also very nice about taking my pre-paid return packages.

I'd give it 0 star if I could. If you care about time, money, and accuracy don't come near this place. I had to get a livescan done last minute for a professional license, so I picked this place because I didn't have to make an appointment. However, 2 months later, I get a notice saying my social security number was incorrect. Good thing I save a copy of all my documents, and my ssn was correct on the forms. So it must've been the livescan operator's mistake. When I called back to sort things out and to get a refund, the owner was extremely rude and irresponsible. Not only did I lose $90 for this entire process, my license was also delayed by 3 months.

tl;dr : horrible place, horrible service, waste of time and money
