Whatever you do, do not go anywhere near this business. I've never experienced an employee as uncooperative and disrespectful as the older woman at the desk. My package was misplaced by them. When I'd call asking them to look for it after UPS showed me the tracking history, she proceeded to laugh at me and respond with "smart remarks". One time I called, they even "put me on hold" and the same woman proceeded to make a personal call to her insurance. I could hear the whole thing. You know that the automated call with an insurance company takes a very long time. I hung up and tried to call back and no one would answer the phone for hours and hours. Every time I'd call, I would have a different story from the same woman. After fighting tooth and nail to get them to cooperate, a UPS driver was able to pick it up from the location even though "it wasn't there". She swears that her books indicate that she no longer had my package but her "book" is literally just a lined note book. There is not an ounce of competency displayed by this employee and I would not trust her with any of your packages. I can't believe that I got better, helpful service from a UPS representative than a local business.

If I could post this with zero stars then I would! Extremely rude woman behind the counter, no professionalism. My UPS packages were dropped off there instead of my apartment. And when we called to enquire she was irritated, rude and asked if she should book us an Uber to get there. All of this right after a "Hello". If you're interested in interacting with a civilized, professional person who doesn't hamper your mood then this place is NOT for you.

Have had mail service with them for almost 2 years. Have had my mail forwarded to me out of town, and overall had a really excellent experience here. Would highly recommend their boxes.

I recently openned and closed my mailbox at this place due to the lack of transparency from the owner. I also put in a request to have my mail forwarded back to my residence but it could not be fulfilled. My belief, that she had something to do with it and is holding any mail that may still arrive at her business so she can attempt to try and steal another package from me. That was my experience there.
