i arrived waaay early due to several reasons. parked on Cate, 1st spot curbside near the railroad tracks for about 40 hours, got my 34 break completed/avoided morning rushhour, etc. Dont worry about the parking signs on the roads.
appt 11am. called at 10am to see what time they preferred I physically check in. they said now was OK. they want you to walk allll the way back to your truck at that point to break the seal and walk allll the way back into their office for verification and get your ppwk packet. I was told to go now to a dock. open doors, slide tandems back, chock the tire. they started to unload while I sat in the truck. they seemed to be going at a decent speed of offloading. Might be done within an hour. had 3/4 full trlr* of pallets of flour sacks.
*nearly max gross weight
--Overall a decent experience here...maybe bc I was the only trk dropping in this section of the plaza.

Very efficient and fast unloading tho i was late an hour to my mentioned appointment and i really appreciated it greatly!!
Place is neat and professional staff all around !!
Overnight parking available at the company entrance driveway both sides are good but usually taken early so you can try your shot about 3 truck both sides!!!
Inside facility plenty of space to maneuver but backing to a dock can be challenging if all docks are taken where the space front and sides are pretty tightened !!

Do NOT accept a load here unless you want to play with delivery times. They want you to check in 15 minutes before appointment time. Appt was 1300, they said come back at 1430. TA in Ontario is 41 miles from here. There's only enough room for about 3 trucks here on the road. There's another driver here and it is taking awhile for them to hit the dock. Probably a bit tight at the dock.

There are two companies here. Their company's office is on the right side of the gate. I didn't see it the other day because the sign at the door was blocked by the truck. I went into the warehouse and asked a staff member. He directly asked me to pour it to the dock to wait. As a result, I waited for almost two hours and didn't start unloading. I felt very strange and asked for work again. Why is there only one board to uninstall the personnel? As a result, he told me to check in the office at the door first. I didn't know that there were two companies and four warehouses in it. Later, after checking in, I waited another hour to unload it. It took only three hours for one board there. The other staff were still very good, just the forklift driver of the warehouse. The machine is not very responsible or friendly.

Please avoid this place to make delivery there. Too slow unloading. My driver told them that we are under really hot load and needs to be unloaded fast. They were even slower than usual.

Drivers, check in to office before driving into the yard. Office is to the right of the building. Quick check in process, if you're on time. There's street parking available. Be careful when you dock. Catering truck available around 0715. Very quick unloading.

People are nice, friendly but signage not so much. Check in is on right side of building before going through gate.
Remove seal and bring with you. Restrooms are half way down complex on left side. Marked drivers lounge.

Took only 1hr to unload. Forklift guy is very nice. It can be hassle for OTR drive to backup if there is a another truck infront of it. Clean washroom. Overnight parking on street but limited.
