Been working with them for nearly a year now. Whale is an excellent company for storage, re-labeling, and routing of shipments. They communicate well, have fair pricing, and their service is also better than expected.

Absolutely terrible company. Stay away! They waited until my shipment had been in storage and accrued hundreds of dollars worth of charges before even STARTING on getting my shipment through customs. As it sat in storage, they began asking for forms to get it through. I'm having to take them to small claims court. Beware!

They lose your inventory all the time. Then they make you prove to them that they have it. You'll spend hours going back and forth. Avoid at all costs.
