Movers did a terrible job and packed poorly. I was told I had the best crew in the company and that is sad if true. The biggest issues are the following below. I expected to be compensated fairly as I would expect to have expensive things in as good of condition as it was prior to move. The GM Anthony never asked me what items they should be more careful with, however they were careful with nothing and I have proof of how bad this job was done in many photos, more than what I have attached. I have other issues besides what is listed below but I expected at the very least Id get the below list repaired to like condition as prior to move or replaced. I was never told I could get better coverage for my items. Movers dropped my water distiller denting it in two spots. Anthony told me I would get paid on replacement value. Movers messed up a drawer on my speaker tower. Anthony came out to fix this and ended up breaking it even more and now on one of the towers the drawer is unable to put in and he left it both taken apart. Anthony said he would replace both. Steel rack in garage the movers took apart at old house and reassembled at new house. When trying to put boxes on shelf it crashed down and I could have been seriously injured. Anthony came to fix this and we noticed several screws missing. Anthony said he would get these as they have to come from manufacturer. I have no update on this. My bbq grill has a broken wheel on it now from the move. My vintage Sansui amp has a missing foot and a scuff on it. Anthony said he is sending foot but he sent some knockoff that is not the right size or color. Other issues just to note are the scuffs on entertainment center and missing screws for a table.
Anthony came out one time and just about everything still needed resolution after he left and he gave no compensation. I let him know days later that I also had the smashed wheel on my BBQ I noticed when I tried to move it. Anthony said he could not help me even after promising to replace things and get the parts for the other things. He said that his boss would be in contact, that was on August 5th and now September and I have heard nothing from the boss. NO RESPONSE AND NO PROMISES KEPT.

We used Courtesy Moving & Storage for our move from California to Texas and couldn't have been more pleased with them. From coming out to do the initial quote to finally moving into our home out of state, everything went well and as planned. They even used a smaller truck to bring furniture from another location to our house to load with our big move. They were on time, courteous and handled our belongings with great care. They always answered their phones and kept us in the loop the whole trip. We even flew back to California three weeks later to fly my elderly mother out with us, and they handled her smaller move with the same great service as our large one. And to top it off, both moves came in under the estimate. We would not hesitate to recommend this company for any type of local or long distance move.

This is THE moving company you want!

This was my first experience using a professional moving company. We relocated from Fresno to Orange County and ran into numerous delays along the way. Courtesy Moving was flexible and responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Even storing our belongings for much longer than anticipated and keeping tabs on where we were at in our process.

When our move-in day finally arrived, Courtesy Moving was amazing. They communicated with me regarding their arrival time and prepared according to the set-up of our new home, i.e., stairs, elevator, home association rules, etc. The guys were friendly and careful and considerate of the flooring, laying down protection and even avoiding puddles that were in their direct path.

Our belongings had been well protected during storage and absolutely nothing was damaged or broken. They even moved everything exactly where I wanted it to go, clarifying when I was unclear in my directions.

I'm not sure what I expected in a moving company, but this one exceeded my expectations by miles. If you want one less thing to worry about during your move, and to be treated kindly, this company is the one.

We had a great experience working with Mike, Mosses and their team! They were efficient, professional, and honest. They moved us from California to Oregon with no problems. They were 10k less than another company we contacted. I would absolutely use Courtesy Moving again.

We had a GREAT team move us into our new house! Floyd, Brandon R. and Sebastian were TERRIFIC! They were very skilled at packing odd sized furnishings, diligent workers, very personable and willing to go above & beyond the call of duty! Most critical to me was not digging furniture into door jams. I am happy to report not one ding happened! Well done!! I can’t offer any higher praises for these three gentlemen & their company resources! Give them a try!!

Would be VERY nice if one of there drives didn't ran me off the road and then brake check me. Why? I have no idea whatsoever. I was just in my lane and randomly there driver yanked the wheel into my lane forcing me to go into the far left lane.

Luckily the young girl saw everything that happened and gave me space so there wouldn't be a accident. But to drive like that you SHOULD NOT have a CDL.
