I’m quite disappointed with the experience we had today, particularly regarding the handling of the scheduled pickup. The pickup was supposed to occur within a specific window of time, and we made adjustments to our schedule just to be available. However, the staff rang the doorbell and left in less than a minute without giving us a proper chance to respond.

This felt extremely unprofessional, and it raises serious concerns about the training and standards being followed. I understand that everyone is busy—so are we—but respectful and reliable service is the minimum we expect. Situations like this make us reconsider using your company in the future, especially when other service providers offer more dependable options.

Very professional and super nice! I even got a replacement box to take home so I can fill it there. (Much easier) Plus they had a rolling dolly thing for me to roll my heavy box in from the car. Great place to go for shipping boxes overseas. Definitely will use them again and again and again. 😁

I AGREE WITH THIS CUSTOMER BELLOW AS THIS PLACE HAS NO AMERICAN STANDARD BUSINESS ETHICS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION RULE IN THEIR DAILY TRANSACTIONS. Unprofessional, no business ethics, no integrity and don’t know Protocol. When you set up window time for pick up, make sure you stand by it. Your words is your integrity. I guess, LBC should give them training including owner Genesis on how to run a professional business so they can have ethics, protocol and exercise professionalism.
