Everyone that I've met at Master Storage have always been so very kind to me. They are very informative, knowledgeable & always greet you with their smiles. As for the facility, Master Storage is always clean as well as their office. They make me feel special when I arrive. They have special coffee's for your delight, cold water bottles and candy. I thank you ALL for your respect and courteous personalities.

Master storage 365 has made running my business so much easier! The move in process was so easy and staff made it so simple to do so. The unit I rent is spacious and clean and I have 24/7 access. The app makes day to day operations so simple since I am not always available to run to my storage but I can share access with my staff or other vendors! The master storage staff at the Madera location is so helpful, they have gotten to know and understand how I run my business and have helped me more than once upgrade my unit in order to operate more efficiently! Always such a welcoming feeling when I come in and I am greeted with a smile and a genuine curiosity on how things are running. Thank you Madisun, Ivan, Maria and Martin your attention to detail does not go unnoticed!

Very helpful first day. Prorated the month and allowed me to switch unit on the first of the month once I realized my unit was too small. Just charged me the difference. The box truck was very helpful and saved me some money on move day. Great front office and phone service. I’ll do a follow up through my time using the storage. Great start!

The space is amazing employees loved the nice staff that offered us coffee bar, cold water it has very clean restrooms. It was a very convenient space and worked out perfectly for group training!

Definitely worth the money. Very very clean and very very secure. You can actually use your phone to unlock your storage as well as to unlock the main gate. I drive from Merced to my storage in Madera just because I feel my stuff is more secure than any place else.

Master Storage 365 in Madera has and amazing facility, staff, and mail box service. They always have free refreshments, friendly helpful staff, and a super clean location. If you get packages you don't have to worry about them being taken from your porch. The size of the packages doesn't matter. I have had two storages in the past and I currently have a mailbox now. Maddison and the rest of the staff are second to none. They are all friendly and make you feel like your amongst family. I can't say enough about my experience. The staff is my favorite thing about Master Storage 365, second favorite thing is the 24/7 access to your Storage unit. If you work a 9 to 5 job you can always enter your unit. Hands down the best Storage experience I've ever had. Thank you Master Storage 365 for setting a standard that's leaps and bounds above the rest!
