Super friendly and helpful staff. Rafael was extremely kind when I was doing a large online order pick up, and he made sure someone helped me to my car as well. I also went upstairs to look at tools, and the gentleman upstairs (forgot his name) was informative, friendly, and thorough in the advice he offered me. Great experience!

Greetings, I had to write this review because of Ro’s excellent customer service and leadership skills. Not only did he help me but also trained a great young man Rik who made my key copy for his first time. They also guided me to my next product to buy. Also, Matthew at the check is a wonderful human being like always when I visit. They should all be given a raise in my eyes. They are the reason I choose to come from Walnut Creek to shop at this Ace Hardware. Blessings 🙏🏽

As a handyman, I get tasked with a variety of projects. Recently, I needed a 6’ length of 1/8” thick angle iron cut into 2 sections. ACE went above-and-beyond to find a staff member (Marty?) familiar with steel to cut this for me; not your typical request, but saved me hours. I can always rely on their subject matter experts to help me tackle challenging projects. Alamo Ace continues to be my “go to” store!

The store I visited is in San Ramon, Calif and I’m quite thankful for the women who work in this store. Women are simply more welcoming and engaging, and the men are typically more task oriented, while still being respectful. I love the gift items section, great quality, unique, etc! Often go into store just to browse this section and typically find something to purchase for someone. We simply don’t have many other gift shops in the area! TY, Ace Hardware!!!

5 customer service!!! It is super organized too especially with the nuts, bolts screws section. Employees are knowledgable and nice!

They advertise order on line and pick up in 15 minutes. You order and they charge your card. 10 minutes later they email you they are out of stock and you have to wait 7 days for it to arrive. You cancel order and then they tell you your money will be refunded in 7 to 10 days. BEWARE they play with your money!

My favorite Ace!! Everyone is so friendly and genuinely helpful. I like to bring my dog in and they’re all so sweet with her. I never would have thought that grabbing a coffee and strolling through a hardware store would become a favorite activity of mine!
