Working with them is not like hitting the "Easy Button" as their sales guys like to say. You also better be prepared to pay way over their estimated $$ as they like to charge for a full hour for "Emails in getting NRG signed" To schedule a meeting was charged $$. I feel for what we paid the value was not there at all. We decided not to use them and eventually left altogether at a cost of the balance of a 5 year contract. Big mistake using them. If you are considering them, go to Netsuite directly!
