They do not have doors to load and unload trucks. They load and unload right on the street. The space is very tight here. You have to bring the truck here very carefully. Unloading is done fast.

They have the parts you need, when you need them! Very knowledgeable staff, one of the best parts departments I've dealt with out of any manufacturer. The service side is also great. Prices are reasonable and turnaround time is quick. Highly recommend this facility.

Demi @ front desk very professional and good personality as have been ALL the staff. Great Happy Hour and Breakfast here. They have a lot of renovation construction going on but the rooms are spacious and quite. I was able to visit with VP and General Manager which were genuine in thanking me for my staying there. Good location and easy to arrive and depart. Mr Bill in valet is a true gentleman. Renovation should be complete by August. I look forward to my return and seeing it completed. Highly recommend!

Stay away !! STAY AWAY !! From this place.

This guys scam artist. They will try to OVER Charge You.
Don't buy or service your truck. If you can avoid buying International truck.
They are bad truck. Maybe good for one or two years.

I was talking to Nick. And he gave me repair quote for $7000 after asking him why it's so high. He told me wait it's $1000 less. For some mistake he didn't know about something. Try to go to different location or use Macanic that is no affiliated with this guys.

They also have computer fee. 50$ they charge you no matter what. So then I told him.
you already charge me for diagnostics two hours which cost me about $350 witch you need to use anyway computer.

Anyway guys stay away from this place.

Beware they charge to get an estimate for repairs and service. I wanted to see what it costs to have radiator flushed with new belts and hoses on my RV Cat C7. The estimate came back over $3000.00. I politely declined the offer. When I went to pick it up they charged me $327.00 for the estimate. All I got was a piece of paper and an a very dissatified feeling about the business.

Erine, Angel and Haral are Great they know how to make a customer feel comfortable to ask what you need and make sure you know what you're getting. The ambient in this parts department is great and professional.
