I highly recommend Castro Valley storage. The facility is very clean and safe and well run. The staff is extremely friendly and very efficient. Rachel took great care in helping me select the right unit for my needs and the manager Melissa takes great pride in the facility and treats you like a friend instead of a customer. Im very grateful I selected this facility for my storage needs.

I am so happy with my new storage unit at Castro Valley Storage! Melissa helped me and was very considerate of all my needs and the location of the unit. Rachel and Melissa were very kind and helpful. They explained everything thoroughly and were quick to get us going. I am very grateful. Better customer service and pricing than Public Storage. What I really appreciated was they answer the phone and return calls! 10 stars!

From the store at Castro Valley, excellent customer service by Rachel as a manger and Alexandra by co manager. They really make as feel comfortable. And de service they offer is the best as well. So good combination guys keep going.
