They moved the almost 800 pound safe as promised. The safe was delivered without damage and they placed it where I wanted it. I am happy with the delivery. I did have to wait 20 days for pickup and delivery. I wish this could be faster. On the phone they told me they would take the packing materials with when done. They did not take the packing materials with them. The packing materials were left outside on my driveway.

I contacted Nick of Time previously about 6 months ago about moving a safe from my garage to my basement. The move could be accomplished via on outdoor route directly to a basement door with sufficient clearance. At their request, the company had me take photos and show measurements. Afterward, the never replied. After the winter, i decided to give them one last shot. They stated they would send out a "professional moving crew", but "couldn't guarantee success". However, they charged me up front for the move. The "crew" showed up which consisted of one average size guy and his young, maybe 150 lb helper. He stated he doesn't have a "crew"... he is just getting started. It is obvious that Nick Of Time is really only good at one thing... false advertising. I would NEVER hire this company again for ANY move of ANY kind. They are NOT honest and a far cry from professional. Don't waste your time or believe their facade of a website. They are all fake!

The guys at Nick of Time Moving did a great job getting my safe into place in my garage. Melissa in the office handled re scheduling of safe delivery very professionally after Fleet Farm lost the safe in their inventory and never took the time to even place a call to me. Much appreciate the good service.

In The Nick of Time, completely redeemed themselves!!! From 1 star to 5 stars I can't express how thankful I am that they were able to accommodate my brief window where I owned 2 homes and needed a gun safe moved. Their movers/installers are among the most intelligent, efficient, and respectful that I've encountered in the Moving industry. I highly recommend them for the moving of any large gun safe or large item at all for that matter! My safe was around 1/2 a Ton and their two guys were able to make light work of it during both the removal from my old home and into the new one. They went to great efforts to make sure nothing was damaged in either home during the moves. Again I can't speak more highly of the movers/installers. My only suggestion is to book with them early and fast if you have a limited time frame. Once past the booking stage, rest assured it'll be a streamline and easy process for you. I tipped both mover/installers and I hope you do too if you choose to do business with them!

No BS, these guys were great! Called when they said they would, came on time. The level of professionalism and competence was unmatched! I was absolutely blown away by how efficient and quick they moved my safe. It’s a 30 gun Liberty safe so it’s not small. They had the right trailer, the right tools, carts, knowledge… I was super impressed! They even rearranged it so I could see it in several positions to decide how, exactly, I wanted it before they left.
But wait, there’s more! Before the left, my delivery guy told me more about the safe than the actual salesperson at the store I bought the safe from.
Oh, and I had it delivered to a walkout basement. No issues on my hill whatsoever, no damage to my lawn or sprinkler system either. They protected my door jam for the sliding glass door, had a strip of carpet down to protect my carpet, then slid the safe on plastic boards all the way to its final location in my finished basement. 10/10, would recommend. I’ve got nothin but positive feedback for this place!

Awesome people, Awesome Service. My safe was moved within 3 days of my contacting the company and the cost was less than half of what several moving companies would have charged. The two gentlemen who moved my 850lb safe were friendly, professional and made the whole process look simple. We are very satisfied with In the Nick of Time Moving and would highly recommend them.
