They go by appointments, but can rarely get you in fast if there is no one in front of you.
Get there by your appointment time you will get dock.
Have washroom on site.
Have over night parking as well.
Works are friendly and nice.

As a truck driver, Nothing to say anything about this place. Yes you should have appointment for p/u and delivery’s but if you show up early on the same day if they got nothing in that time they’ll take you. Good luck

Overnight parking & wash room Yes.
I came early at 2 am. Appointment was at 3 pm. I requested several times but they didn't gave me a dock untill 4:15 Pm.
I felt, they give preference to local drivers & Kreilkamp trucking. No respect for drivers's time who come Far distance. Even after backup at dock they unloaded 2 other trucks who came after me. UNFAIR

Very positive people. Was a pleasure to deliver at this facility. Had an appointment at 12 pm. Talked to them and found out that it's ok to come early. Unloaded me 3 hours earlier. They do have some parking, but would recommend to give them a call before coming.

From a driver's standpoint this is top of the list. I was three hours late to my appointment and was still in a door immediately and unloaded in under half an hour. The office staff were friendly and laid back making being late a little less stressful.

Unless you are with Kreilkamp trucking do not broker a load to this facility. They will make you sit an unnecessary 21 hours on it. The shipping clerk Stephanie is combative, uncooperative, power hungry, and flirtatious with the local drivers. Stephanie indicated that they do unload trucks early but refused to get me in to unload even when the docks were empty of trucks. Dock workers were looking for trucks to unload and Stephanie refused to get my truck unloaded. Stephanie also falsified my arrival time on her load receiving sheet. If you do decide to take a load here be sure you do not send a female or an unflirtatious male to get unloaded. The phone number on the door will give you Stephanie and she decides if trucks get unloaded regardless of whether or not dock workers have trucks ready.

My first time here so far its a great very friendly check in lady back in 5mins later came out to get my paperwork to start unloading me everyone very friendly and fast unloading would come back anytime.

Very good people. Very helpful. I had a problem or two and they were remedied immediately. Couldn't ask for any better. Appreciate those people. Hope to go there again
