They are very unprofessional. Will not return calls. Do not fight for their customers when freight gets lost or destroyed, they still expect you to pay for it. We have tried to work with these people, however they just don’t care! I would not recommend them at all!

I could give this place negative stars, I don't think there's a number to begin to come close Clarke Rohan booked a load that was so overweight my trailer bags blew before I could go 30 miles to scale, after repairs 2days later scaling put me at well over 2k over with only 3/8 unit and 1/4 on refer I have went back several times explaining to shipper what the problem is but again Clarke Rohan was telling the shipper where and how to place pallets from another state causing the same axle to be overweight 4xs every scale ticket was over on drives but he kept telling them to simply take a pallet off........and then has the audacity after numerous request to contact my dispatch for updates going foward,and not me directly, because of his overbearing unwillingness to listen continuously contacted me in a childish and beyond unprofessional manner ....... and at the end result he attempts to pass on a charge from the unpleases shipper for his incompetence directly to myself and attempts to make it appear I'm refusing to do my job the only 1 out here cleaning up his mess .....STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!! (no humor on this one people I'm beyond serious)

Wow, I wish I had read the reviews before booking with this company. We ran a load for them back in July BG639017123, that's 3 months ago. We still haven't gotten paid for the load. They don't answer calls and almost always forward your calls to an answering service. This service normally gives you an email to contact but no one ever reply to your emails. I have spoken to Rohan, Meghan, Evette and Mattie but no one was able to tell me when I will get paid. I think this company is trying to scam truckers. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and whom ever I can get some assistance from to highlight what this company is doing to truckers. Absolutely the worst broker by far!

We had a few hiccups with paperwork, however, she worked efficiently and fast to get me approved and ready to go as soon as possible.

I was able to deliver the load with zero issues, and wanted to take the time to share my positive experience with your company and management services. One of the worst companies I've ever worked with. I called them three weeks in a row and never got anyone to pick up the phone. Always left a voicemail but never returned my call. Email them for a month no one never responded. I did a load for these people in October and could not get paid until mid January. It was only for $450 and they gave me pure run around although they had all proof of delivery. Never do business with them. The manager is always in a meeting and never returns your call

The worst broker I ever worked with. Gave me runaround for hours, making my truck wait for load number on pickup location. After hours of back and forth, turned out the broker double booked the load and a different driver was loaded. Aaron Schoenfeld was the carrier sales representative for the load. They didn't even check who got the load and emailed me that my driver was loaded already. What a joke! Later on I got a call asking if "Viktor" was loaded. I have no idea who that is. Do not trust them, you'll just loose time and money working with such dishonest company. At the end, they refused to pay TONY. Never again!

I accepted 3 separate loads, delivered early as we often do.
I accepted them on a 30 days pay upon submitting paperwork and invoice. I also called and emailed 25 days prior to due date but got no answer or reply back from accounting. I called the broker and he said he forwarded it to them.
A week and a half later I got an email saying one load was issued a check which was 42 days later!!! Hopefully I get paid soon for the other 2 loads, but I will never accept a load from them, even if I need it. I strongly recommend any carriers that you bypass this company .
