I had the pleasure of dealing with A storage a few weeks ago. The two girls in the office, Jessica & Cassie, went over and beyond to help me with my needs. They were both professional and proficient.
Their facility and storage premises are clean and safe. I am a female and felt very safe moving items alone at this facility. It is well lighted in the evening.

Kathy and Jessica are amazing women! They don’t just customer service people. They are just genuinely nice people. Anytime I’ve had an issue they have worked with me in any way they can. If it wasn’t for Kathy I would have lost my unit, filled with all my kids childhood memories.

Best storage facility that I have come across. When you call the number you actually get to speak to someone at the facility. When you go in, they are so helpful! Cassie was incredible. The facility is super clean and they do exactly what they say they’re going to do. Prices are as advertised and the promotions are truly promotions NOT a bait and switch. I highly recommend them!

I went to the Storage of Daphne rent an u-haul and came out happy and successful. Cassie and Jessica were so kind and made the process extremely easy. The inside of the storage unit was very clean so was the inside of the u-haul.
