RUDE staff. Very unprofessional. My "small" job (their words not mine) would take several weeks, without seeing it After talking on the phone with them I felt they don't want my business, guess what there are other places out there and I am sure once your customers get a taste of that attitude they will leave as well. Good luck staying in business jerks.
