So as a rookie owner operator my truck was having very poor fuel milage and I thought well maybe it's the fuel filters or bad fuel ....wrong on both ... Keith...old school diesel whisper....listen to the motor for less than 30 seconds ... Advised me on this issues ...since this truck has a warranty on the motor... I contacted the dealership immediately....please use this place and give them the business ...old school know how meets new age machines...will I go back and use them for non warranty work YOU BET! THANKS David and Keith for your time !!!

Nelson Truck & Equipment Service was on point!!
I called concerning an issue, and they were very prompt on asking me if I needed roadside assistance. But I was able to drive in. There was no hesitation with diagnosing the issue, and starting to repair the issue.
Very polite, and would not hesitate to seek their services if I should need it when in the area.

Had an issue with semi trlr leveler valve froze, talked to a very friendly guy named David, told me he could get right to me, got to their shop and within 10 min he had a guy out in the below zero weather working on it! These guys were a life saver for me. Was stranded at weigh station with no idea what was wrong with my truck. They explained they usually didn't work on my type of truck. They came out to at least take a look at it for me and luckily it was an easy fix (for this non mechanical person). They got me fixed up and back on the road to my next job. Thanks again guys.

When no one could help me, these guys came through I was in and out swiftly. Had to wait on a part delivery but once it arrived they got to work and was on the road in 30min. The price for the job was amazing 👍🏽.

Called at 1:08 pm told them I had issue with air bags on trailer not going up, they said they would be right out, had me back up and going by 2:03pm! Talk about quick service, I wish all shops were that quick. I had heard from our other company driver's that they were good, and they were not lying. Caledonia Hauler truck 640
