The owner, Brian Oleniczaj, scams his independent contracted drivers. He either doesn’t pay them or underpays them for deliveries made. He is not transparent or accountable to his drivers for what he’s paid from the airlines. He pays the drivers usually 70% of what he gets paid from the airlines; however, he purposely does not reveal what the airlines pay him. Thus, the drivers have no idea of what they’re being paid is correct because they don’t know the contracted rate the Package Delivery Service was paid. Brian sold the business on 3/29/24 most likely because I was discovering his scam to his drivers.

The new company (Panther Trax) pays the drivers $25/hr. If you spend $10/hr for gas that nets you $15/hr. That pay does not take into account your costs for oil changes bimonthly, maintenance for brakes, tires, etc. I drove for them approximately 90,000 from 12/22 to 3/24.

Package Drlivety Service had a computer program and app to keep track of driver deliveries. They purposely did not put me in the computer or give me the app to do their best in scamming me during the 16 months that I worked there.

Apparently this is the in-airport service for delivering missing luggage. Delivery is farmed out to courier, Uber-style. Can't get a return call to validate anything. No answer. Ever. Eventually, courier called me.
