Never have I ever seen a company post so many job listings and not reply back to someone I have sent them emails at least 5 times now and at least 2 times a week they post about needing drivers on Craigslist must not need hard working reliable People

0 stars if I could. Arrived at 8 am for a 1-5 pm delivery window. There was a major issue with the packaging of the item they were supposed to deliver so we refused the delivery and called the supplier to clarify. Tyler Transportation was told by the supplier and the shipping company to deliver it again later in the day, but Tyler Transportation refused. The shipping dispatcher was rude and not helpful. Horrible customer service.

0 stars if I could. On my confirm email it clearly states “no need to confirm pickup for scheduled delivery”. They called and left a voicemail to confirm anyhow, not a problem. I called back the number to confirm, they didn’t pick up. I emailed the email they provided, I got an automated response saying they got the email. They day of the delivery comes, they don’t show up or call. I call them and they tell me they never received my phone confirm. Explained the situation and the customer service rep rudely interrupts me, and just says I need to reschedule. I did not nothing wrong. They need to automate their system and bring it up to the 21st century. I sent two emails as they requested and still no show. If I was Amazon I would never use them again.

Worst delivery company! They recieved the product Tuesday and promised to deliver Wednesday and never delivered product. They are now pushing to delivery into next following week. We confirmed to recieve producted multiple times when they called. We tried to call many times to ask where the driver or shipment but nobody answers phone or returns vmails. Worst Company !!

This company is awful. They refused to deliver my item into my garage, which I paid for. They wanted to leave it in the street in from of my house. They're absolute garbage and no one should hire them.

They called me 1/2 hour before delivery just as promised. They delivered it on the day and time they promised the week before. William and Victor were friendly and courteous; first class!

Company works with Lowes and Estes Trucking out of Norristown. Purchased a TV and they dropped it on the front lawn still shrink wrapped and tied to a pallet. Didn't notify customer. Bill of Lading not signed by recepient. Really enjoyed hauling the pallet to the dumpster. Good job, knuckleheads.

I would sooner trust Cap'n Crunch to ship freight on his 17th century English Galleon before calling Tyler Transport.
