I'm having a terrible experience with Asendia USA. I shipped a package from the USA to Argentina on January 7th, 2025, and after nearly a month, there are major issues:

- Package shows as shipped from FRANCE when it was sent from California, USA
- Tracking number ends in "FR" instead of "US" (unlike all previous shipments)
- No tracking updates since January 10th (over 20 business days)
- Customer service provides contradictory information
- Another package sent THE SAME DAY with same service arrived in 3 days
- Multiple attempts to resolve through customer service have failed
- Representatives confuse basic company names (Planet Express vs Planet Fitness)
- No one can explain why this package is routed through France
- Cannot track on USPS website despite being told it's with USPS

Their responses are generic, inconsistent, and unhelpful. They claim "limited flights" yet my other package arrived quickly. They say it's "not shipped via USPS" but then claim "USPS currently has the package."

AVOID using Asendia if you need reliable tracking or actual customer support. They'll just give you excuses and contradictory information while your package disappears into their system.

I strongly advise choosing a different carrier for international shipping. Currently seeking resolution through my bank as Asendia seems unable or unwilling to help locate my missing package.

I received my item today and it has been treated horrifically. The vinyl I ordered arrived snapped in half and the delivery person threw it on our doorstep and did not bother to ring the doorbell or receive an authorised signature like he was meant to. I have multiple photos of the package and video footage of how it was thrown. The item I ordered was limited to 1000 copies and is now out of stock, and now I am unable to buy it unless I pay exuberant resell prices. The fact that I had to pay $40 AUD to have my item shipped from the US to Sydney through this service and to receive an item damaged in such a significant way is truly disgraceful and devastating. Never in my life had I received a damaged vinyl until today.

Scam for international deliveries. iHerb uses Ascendia_DDP to deliver packages to Canada, but all of the packages are always lost with fake attempted deliveries without even calling the recipient. They just "disposed" (stole!) all of the packages I've been getting from iHerb. I had to stop using iHerb because of Ascendia DDP.

Asendia ''customer care'' service is the worst. It's obvious that helping customers with a issue (i.e. lost package) is not a priority for the company. I've called, left messages, sent e-mails with the same feeling that this was a robot who answered me. If Asendia is not able to offer a decent customer service, they should just stop the business. Seriously.

Have used this for the second time and unfortunately had two horrible experiences, with the first time a package delayed over a month from the expected delivery date. Recently used their service again and my package has been sitting in their warehouse for another month. PLEASE, if you can spare the extra dollar use any other logistics service, their system is clearly run by single celled organisms.

What is wrong with this company? Multiple attempted deliveries on the web tracking, but no one knocked. No notice paper left. They did this 3 times, and then sent the package back to the original sender. Now I asked for it to be shipped again and asendia is doing the same. I tried emailing them and calling them but they’ll just say contact this company and that company. What is wrong with you people?

The shipping people has no manners, they hate everyone, they will give you attitude and for 53 trailer with sleeper, you will have a hard time to back in due to lack of space and their cargo van parking in the way. Rocks on the lawn make sure you don't go over

Just another joke of a logistics company that ebay contracted for their garbage Global Shipping Program. Packages sit forever, tracking not updated, super rude on the phone. Doesn't get much worse.

EDIT: In response to your robot reply that auto posts to every review with less than 3 stars, I have called your customer service and they are the most ignorant useless reps I've ever talked to. Don't give you the time of day and said whatever at the end of the call and hung up on me. By the way I was calling for one of the many packages that sits for weeks in your warehouse not moving.
