I used storage services at Jade International for
6+ years. Their service was second to non. The staff and management are extremely professional and responsive. I had no worries about my inventory being overseas as I knew the staff were taking good care of it. I highly recommend using this company for your inventory storage needs.

I used 5 forwarders in the last 2 years, Jade is by far the best choice, Not only that the price was very competitive and easy to understand, they were also very professional and responsive. I am new to the importing business and they took the time to answer all my question. One of the shipment got damaged during transportation and Marc the CEO of Jade - help me out filling out the claim with insurance company and everything was taken care in a matter of couple weeks. This company has absolutely no concern for the employees. After over twenty years of service, my son got sick. He suffered from covid 19 and other medical problems. In the next couple months that he was sick the company never contacted him with any concern for his health. They terminated him and just went about their business of making money. Another month later my son passed away. Yep after a 22 year employee, they never even sent a card or acknowledged his death. This company in my opinion is terrible. Management is awful. I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all cost. If they don't care about humans. I cant imagine they care about you or your shipment.
Its been almost 2 years since my son passed, we are still waiting fot the company to contact us.
