Supposed to receive a delivery on Tuesday, the driver Ring my door bell and waited 2 seconds to go back to the truck and leave he even saw me when I opened the door and he just continue leaving.
They rescheduled my delivery for Friday in between 12-4pm nobody showed up and I'm still with a ton of dirty clothes cause i can't have my washer.

Our item was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago and it wasn’t. When I called that day after they did NOT call to inform me of issues, they said they would need to reschedule due to shipment issues. The day it was rescheduled for there was also no delivery so I called and they said again it was sent to the wrong place and they would call me to reschedule. They did NOT call either times to tell me of the issues and now I am supposed to believe they will call me to schedule again. We are a working household who cannot be here whenever and they are requiring someone to be here. They were not helpful, and are not reliable. I just want the item here and hope that Amazon stops using them as a service. Embarrassing that it is a Pennsylvania company. Do better.

Called numerous times asking to deliver product 2 hours before our agreed upon 4hr delivery window. Did not leave a message and reported that I had missed my delivery time. Had to reschedule with them and report the driver. Would highly recommend avoiding at all costs.

Worst service I've ever experienced. They delivered a washer refused to bring it to second floor. We had to our selves. They did a "test wash" and left before they could tell whether it worked properly. 5 minutes later we had water seeping from our ceiling and flooding our home. We tried getting a hold of them and they never called back!

Very rude when interacting over the phone and called more than once to see if the product can be delivered earlier than expected when I had already made it clear the answer was no. I understand convenience, but calling five different times and then not leaving a single voicemail to identify who you were, why you were calling, and then again insisting on delivering early... the whole thing was an absolutely mess. 10/10 DO NOT recommend for potential customers looking to use their services for outsourcing.

I don't know how to give zero stars because I would. Been over 48 hrs for my product to go back to their hub to be able to reschedule a delivery they screwed up. How does a product not make it back to the hub after 48hrs? Because you are lying and suck.

We bought a washer and dryer at Lowes that was delivered by XPO. The washer was hooked up and the delivery man started it to show it was working. He did not hook the drain hose up properly and when the water drained the hose popped out of the laundry tub and flooded my laundry room on the first floor. Then the water went down to the basement and caused a lot of damage. Lowes has contacted XPO a number of times but they do not respond. I would not buy another appliance from Lowes if XPO delivers. We are looking into taking legal action.
