What a joke of a company. Negative stars are needed for this review.

Amazon sourced them for 1-day free shipping on an item I was expecting. Though I was home ALL DAY when it was supposed to arrive, nothing ever came. Curiously, my order status on both Amazon tracking and A1 tracking was "delivered" to my "mailbox." Please explain how a box could be shoved through a letter slot in my door without me noticing, and then mysteriously disappear.....? Unless, of course, the courier NEVER DELIVERED IT AND LIED.

Fast forward to the next day when I called the company. They essentially said the driver delivered it and insinuated that I was lying, telling me to resolve the issue with Amazon.
Fortunately for me Amazon has been easy and accommodating, but what about these scumbags who pocket merchandise for themselves and lie about the intentions of the customers? DISGUSTING.

TAKE HOME MESSAGE: This company is a scam. They are liars and thieves. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. God save your soul if you do...

I would love to give this business negative stars. I ordered a book from amazon late late Sunday night. While at work on Monday morning, I get an email that the package was shipped and would be delivered by 8pm. A deliveryman calls me at 3pm and since I can't leave to go home, I ask if they can keep the package and deliver it tomorrow. He said that was possible and this is where it all goes downhill. They never attempted delivery the next day. I called customer service and was assured that the package was going to be delivered between 5-9pm. That was also a lie because my doorbell never rang and no packages were waiting on my front step. I've called customer service twice today, unable to get anyone on the phone so I've left voicemails. This company is a great example of how to do terrible business. I called and got a replacement from amazon, I can only hope they ship it with another carrier this time.

I ordered something yesterday for same day delivery on Amazon Prime. The driver never called me that day. When I saw a voicemail from a random number, I called it back, and it happened to be the driver who left after 10 mins of a window. Mind you, I had been tracking the delivery all day long on Amazon, and it said the package was in transit. When I call this guy back, he says he'll find someone who can deliver it to me the same night still. However, when I call him back an hour later, his phone is off. Great.

This morning, I stayed home and didn't go anywhere because I didn't want to miss the delivery again. I had again been following the package status on Amazon. From 8:00AM - Noon, the package was somewhere in the universe being "in transit". And all of a sudden, the status went from "in transit" to "Delivery Attempted".......I never got a call or a notification on my email...I called the company itself after having a very angry confrontation with Amazon. The manager at this company told me he'd call me back to let me know what happened with my delivery and that I'd definitely have it by today afternoon. It is now 6:30 PM and ....not only did the manager never contact me back about my ridiculously delayed order, but when I called, the lady working there gave me an attitude saying "we only send out deliveries once a day...so..."

What alien spaceship is this that is doing the deliveries?

Save yourselves if you ever see this as the shipping company. Just cancel your order to save your time and sanity.

Email I sent to Amazon, so they will stop using your carrier service
I paid for one day delivery to receive right away because I needed the laptop charger. I waited all day for a-1 international, inc to deliver my package by 9p. I called company and was sent to voice mail and I emailed. Both times I was informed They would get back to me right away. I received no answer. I then call the 800 and 610 numbers and still no help. I then track my package and was told my package was sign at the front door. I was home all day waiting for package no one knocked on my door. Amazon, I like your company and have been a customer for many years. A-1 is a ripoff read their reviews. They are terrible. Now, Amazon has to replace my items that I did not received and I have to wait another day for my items and I am praying that a-1 is not delivering my package.

This place is horrible with deliveries. I ordered a product from Amazon next day service and my product was shipped at 744am and it got to A1 international at 1245pm. I didn't receive my package til the next day after I looked online and found that they left my package with a so called neighbor. No one instructed this company to do such thing. Mind you that this person that lives next door to me is not no neighbor of mine. So with that being said, Amazon needs to stop contracting this hack of a delivery service because it's ruining their good name.

They claim that delivered my package at 6:30 last nite and that someone signed for it. Well I did not sign since I was not home. So where is my package I tried calling them and they leave you on hold. Don't think I will hear back from them. Amazon tells me that maybe they did not deliver yet and too wait. No, thank you! This is the second time these item I ordered was shipped. The first one did not arrive now this.

Amazon needs to find a better carrier service.

I ordered an item from Amazon prime (free second day delivery, of course) and was happy to see that it was out for delivery the very next day via A1 courier. I had the day off so that worked out really well. I checked the tracking info at about 1:30 pm and to my surprise it informed me that the package was delivered at 12:40 pm that it was (left at the front door). Surprising because no one knocked and no one rang the bell. Hmmm, I looked around and saw no package anywhere near my front door. none of my neighbors are home during the day, so they couldn't have left it elsewhere... the mystery continued.

I called A1 and they put me on hold and presumably called the driver. The driver said he left it at my front door. I asked the rep why they didn't knock or ring the bell. I was home and that would have solved any issues about where my package is. The bottom line is: Amazon is sending me another one (by a different carrier) and all future orders to Amazon will be with the special instruction that if the courier is going to be A1, don't bother, I'll buy it at jacked up local prices.

This company is a joke. I, like many, have to deal with them when I select Amazon 1 day service. There was only 1 time the service actually worked. Person with my current order simply didnt even attempt to deliver the package, no one knocked, no one came.

As others pointed out, they simply write "delivered at door, signed by: door, no one was home" in order for them to extend the delivery schedule or simply not bother. The whole point is to deliver THE SAME DAY, not a day later, not a week later. I also dont know where my package is, Amazon ended up sending me a replacement and not charging me for it. Amazon needs to seriously stop all business with them, its a terrible company that cant do the most basic task, deliver on time or deliver at all...

If someone does show up its at 8+PM with some shady looking character holding your package. Find appropriate people for the job that will actually do it.
