I have been driving for Jung Express as an independent contractor for almost a year now. I couldn’t think of a better company to drive for. The whole team is great including the dispatchers that do their best to keep you busy and have as little dead head miles as possible. With gas prices going up, the company has made sure to make it a priority to take care of the drivers even if it means less profit for them. Whether your in Milwaukee or Across the country, Jung Express will be a great fit for you since they bid on loads nation wide.

Only had great luck with this company. We've used them for emergency courier deliveries multiple times from WI to MI and now other states. The thing I find the most useful is they give you updates/tracking so you don't have to bother dispatch or the driver to get that information. Used other courier services and they don't have that. So you're paying for a guy to stay at the shop because you have no clue when the driver will show up. Not the case with Jung Express.

These people are ignorant. I have been retired frim the business for several years and have never dealt with them. However sometime last year i started receiving 20-30 e mails daily. Their system does not allow me to block on my phone. I have called and email ed dozens of times and they do nothing. The one gal I spoke to I told I would return the emails so she knew how it felt. Her answer was that she had a delet button.

As a former driver, I found the company to be very dishonest and downright shady. This is with both the customers AND drivers. I would highly recommend steering clear of Jung and taking your business interactions elsewhere.

Anytime I mention this company to anyone, they immediate speak negatively of them.

Terrible experience on the last shipment we ran for these guys. We ran the shipment in a timely manner, were extremely patient, despite Jung & their customer dropping the ball, and then at the end of the day I ended up losing money because of something they refused to pay. The rep I spoke with was extremely rude and did not care about helping me in the least.
