I was so happy with this place! The unit was spotless. Courtney was so helpful! She was super transparent about all the policies which made me feel even better. For a storage first timer, I felt really good about leaving my stuff here.

I love Pike Rd. Self Storage!! The storage units are very clean and well kept, and I have peace of mind knowing my stuff is safe and secure. The staff is AMAZING. Courtney is always willing to help me with whatever I need. I left my key to my unit at home several times and every time I call her she is nothing but nice and always willing to help! If you need storage in the Pike Rd./Montgomery area, Pike Rd. Self Storage is the BEST in the business.

I won’t even give them a star I will never use the storage place again. Packers packed my lock so I had to buy another from them. When I unpacked found the lock but they wouldn’t give my 50 back pretty sad way to fleece there costumers is there no honor left

Easy to use BUT I found mice in my unit. Understanding not climate controlled, would not have expected so much loss/damage. Rented other places, never had this problem.

What a rip off...rent storage month to month but if you leave early...they do not prorate so you are basically screwed...
