A few months ago, we scheduled a crane to move a heavy container and provided our credit card info as requested at the time of booking. The day before the scheduled service, a manager came and inspected the site and assessed the container’s weight and size. However, on the day of the job, the crane lifted the container in half way and stuck still in air for 3 hours with no progress. This caused disruption and displeasure, eventually we had to hire another company for the work. .

With nothing done for us, they shocked us of charging a more than full amount out of our credit card. Not 3 hours, but 4.5 hours. Trevor, one of the business owner, really impressed us for his unprofessional and greediness.
No more business with them.

Called these guys for a quick quote for lifting a water vault weighing 30,000 lbs. Was impressed with prompt response. They understood what I was asking and knew what questions to ask. We will be using them this week to set that water vault. Looking forward to working with them. Will update quote with pics and further comments.

Further to the above review. We experienced exceptional service and professionalism from Phoenix. It took less than 1hr from the time the vault and crane show up to the site to the vault being installed. It was a fairly simple lift but was still impressed. We will be using Phoenix for future work.
