Had them do a brake job on a Felling Trailer that I own. They told me it would take 2 days to complete. It actually took 4 days to complete. They had numerous excuses. But that's not why I gave them a one star. In a brake job, after you complete the job, you adjust the linkage (slack adjusters) because you are installing thicker brake pads than the ones you are taking off. They didn't do it. Brakes were dragging on the trip back to my business. When I called to complain, they said to make an appointment in a "couple of weeks" and they will look into it.
