I cannot complain about this shipping center. I use their service for more than 5 years and have never had issues with delivery. The staff there is always helpful with organizing my boxes that sometimes is a mess 🙂 The price is totally reasonable and even cheaper comparing with another similar companies.

The service was excellent, people were very understanding, helpful and professional. I used Meest several times for delivery from Los Angeles to Moscow, Russia, and they was always in time (approximately 1 month delivery window with sea transport) and very reasonably priced.
But last time I used them (July 2020) I’ve sent two parcels, and unfortunately one parcel was not delivered in time, it’s still sits in some warehouse in Germany since September and Meest representatives cannot solve this issue, they are not working with me. So I don’t understand what to do, Meest left me with no options.
So now I suggest to use this service with caution, as they are not reliable as they was before

Terrible service!!! I sent my package on November 23, 2021 to Ukraine from LA, CA. My package should be delivered in December 23, 2021. Today is January 15, 2021. My package still haven't arrived. I called five time to LA' office and they told me few dates. First December 10, 2021, then January 10, 2022, and now February 10, 2022!!! It's insane!!! I check my package on their website and it said this number is incorrect!!! So, it's mean, they did not sent my package at all, or put incorrect number in their system. I checked prior number before my package and after, people already received their package!!!! They still lied to me, that they sent my package. I called to do complain, they told me to call to Canada office. I called to Canada, they sent me back to Los Angeles!!!! I probably will go to court!!! I can't even take back my package. Don't use this service!!!!

BEST SHIPPING SERVICE EVER!
I've been using this service for over 20 years and never had any issues. They will deliver your package to your door.🎁 And yes, you will need to pay a few dollars more for door delivery and customs fees.💰 People who are writing a bad reviews! I don't know where you are getting your info from about shipping times, but this is a cheap and slow delivery service as it should be. It is great company to send big and heavy packages on a budget to Russia, Ukraine, etc. You getting what you are paying for. If you want a "great American"🇺🇸 customer service and fast shipping time, then go to FedEx and pay $950 for 30lbs package delived in one week to Moscow and be happy about it. When you will use Meest delivery service, you will pay for the same package about $110 with delivery time by Air 🛫of approximately 30 days. And yes, if you will ship by sea🚢, you will need to wait about 90 days. As far as English speaking representatives....🤔 You don't seem to complain when you go to Chinatown and half of the businesses have none English speaking workers, or when you go to Vallarta supermarket and half of the people that work there speak Spanish only🙈🙉🙊, and this is a retail business in United States. This particular business is oriented to people from ex USSR, 99% of their customers speak Russian language up to some extend.
With that being said, be happy, be patient and your package will be delivered and you will have some money left in your wallet.
