It took about 2 months by sea, to receive my stuff. It was delivered to my apartment in Bangkok with no fuss. Communication was good, regular status emails and phone calls on the day of delivery. I am a happy customer, will use them again.

Terrible customer service or lack there of. Delayed shipping. Took wayyyyyy longer than advertise. Better off send with other companies like TA Shipping.

My shipment has finally arrived. It was sent on 12/15/20; delivered on 1/8/21. It took 15 business days in total (I’m being lenient here as to not include weekends, Christmas, NYE, or New Year’s) even though I paid for the Premium Air shipping which was estimated 4-7 days. Very disappoint with the speed and their business practice. At the end, I’m glad at least the shipment got here without damage. It’s a shame because I have used their ocean freight service before, and they did a great job at that time.

So if you are reading this, this is a sign to not use their service if you want to get your items quickly and not have to deal with poor customer service.

Unprofessional. Irresponsible. The WORST company. Do not use them! I've lost $200 in product because of their incompetence. Before I bought the product I confirmed with them if it's ok to send without problem, sent them product link with product description. They assured me that it's fine to ship etc. Then sure enough it could not get through. The company then became silent and never replied to any messages!!!

Beware of their customer practices, I would not trust them. This company won an auction of mine on Ebay and refused to pay. There are plenty of honest business owners out there to do business with instead of these people who like to scam people.

Its been a month now and my item haven’t even been shipped from them facility!!! This is my third order the pervasive 2 beed over charged and a month till i had to received them from my local S&S because they won’t deliver them to my address without another extra charges and extra 4 days to get them delivered!!!! Worst service and I feel sorry that I paid $45 for my membership fee 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
