We needed a new machine picked up from the supplier, brought to us, unloaded, and moved into place. Big Red was able to come out immediately to look at our shop and give us a quote. They were on time and very careful with everything. Their team did an excellent job and were extremely friendly. Everything got done in one day before noon. I would definitely recommend them for any machinery moving in a manufacturing shop

I had the pleasure of dealing with Dale and Dawn for this project. I can not speak more highly of them. We were buying a whole manufacturing line of 6 machines and all its components. Dale quoted me a very fair price and provided service well above it. As I had left my license at home in Toronto and unable to rent a car, Dale was good enough to pick me up and drop me off at the hotel everyday of the project (3 days). The second day I even had the great opportunity to meet his whole family at the house that he build.
All of the equipment was handled with care and concern by all of his staff. If there was anything they were not completely sure of, they always asked me. Every item was handled with great care right up until it was on the road to my plant. This includes the storage of everything for a couple of months.
Again, you can not go wrong with this company or the people that run it and their staff. They have every piece of equipment that you could possibly need to get your equipment or heavy objects moved .

We had a 10 ton machine scheduled to arrive, but the delivery was delayed by a day. Our original moving company bailed on us, and so we called Big Red. They were able to send out a crew the very next day.
Joe, DJ and the guys did great work! They were flexible, patient, and very careful with our equipment. We will call Big Red first next time!

Horrible experience with these guys!! we paid them to load a CNC lathe on too a truck and it cost us $1850.00 more because they refused to load the driver, because the driver had to work out some issues and they had to wait for an hour. When it arrived it was rusted, the hand held remote was thrown down in the oily sump, and a lot of sheet metal was bent from them ripping the chip conveyor out! the communication was horrible and the owner was a real hot head to deal with! stay away from these guys!

I'm a truck driver that was delivering a very expensive cnc machine to a place in Cudahy Wisconsin,my delivery was for dec 21st called my customer and them i would be their the 19th they arranged to off load me on the 20th a day early,they crew that unloaded me was helpful with helping me untarp and fold my tarps thank you gentlemen
