I took a large steer in for butcher, when I picked up the meat there were dogs in the store, we sorted through the meat and realized that out of the back quarters we only got back a few sirloin steaks that were very thin cut when I asked for all steaks to be cut at 1". The roast were not there for the rear quarters. The only roasts we had out of the whole animal was 7 arm roast and 22 chuck roast. I called many times and left many voice-mails. No call back. That just tells you they know they did something wrong because there is no explanation for it. I also noticed a lot of hair in the packages. I just tried calling and it went straight to voicemail, so now my number is being ignored/ blocked. The cost for butcher is higher then most meat markets and then you don't get your meat back.

Too bad I have to give him any. Took in a 1800 lb steer, 1197 lb hang weight, got 420 lbs of meat. He gives away “ free tacos “ at the Pulcifer Pub in Pulcifer.
I’m a local, DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE !

It took way too long to get my venison sausage back when I dropped it off beginning of March and when I finally got it 6 months later I was short 10lbs cuz his employees are 10lbs! The flavor is very good.

Absolute worst place. Guy is foul-mouthed, flies off the handle when you request things to be butchered how you would like it to be done. Far better places to go even in a bind than this crook. Tossed the box of meat out the door on the ground, on top of it he shorted 9 lbs of ground beef that I have to go back and pick up for my retirement age father.
