I love working with 3 Rivers. I called on a run about a year and a half or so ago and talked to William Ryan. We have run this lane anytime we are in the area ever since. Will and I stay in communication ahead of time. He sends the info and just lets you do your thing. I send updates when supposed to and never get bothered. Will is probably one of my favorite brokers to do business with. Could make a little more on other work, but the working relationship we have is worth more.

I work for a company that used this broker. From the start no respect for sleeper birth time. Wouldn't stop calling for updates until I was loaded. Kept getting text to download the tracking app they use even though it was already being tracked. When I called to get them to stop they claimed it wasn't them and then hung up. They don't care about the drivers or safety

I will never work again with these people , they are liars don’t respect drivers and their time.
I booked a load with Jimi Mock and he told me that pick up time it’s from 12-5pm, I arrived at the shipper at 11am and checked in, shipper told me that appointment is a 6pm. I called him back and he told me that I will be loaded by 2pm. I called him again at 2pm and he said that are working to get me in, but I spoke with people in the shipping office and they confirmed that nobody called them for any rescheduling. He just lied to me to to hold me at the shipper because it’s Friday and he can’t cover the load
I had to be home by Saturday to go to a funeral
