This is my first time looking for any kind of storage company, and Mini Mall Storage definitely made an excellent first impression. Customer service was wonderful; their site manager, Kara Jett, was one of the most friendly, helpful and technically proficient people I have had the pleasure of working with in recent years. The end result is that I readily signed a lease agreement, and I am very pleased with that decision. Kara even took the time to personally select the best unit at an affordable price, and she introduced me to many of the unit options at this operation before processing the digital paperwork with ease. Within a short amount of time to learn, I had made up my mind. If I knew professional storage was this easy, I would have done it years ago. Yes, so far, Mini Mall Storage in Elkview, West Virginia, earned an A+.

I used to give it 5 stars but a new company bought the storage company out and immediately raised rates and added tax. I was a loyal customer for ten years until this happened. I'm no longer a customer. The bright spot was the office manager Kara, who was always helpful.
