Dont bother ordering extra of any topping. You wont get it. Apparently there is a ham shortage at all pizza places in West Virginia. This pizza was ordered with triple ham. This is a portion of what I received. The service was excellent. They are nice people. But I cant get extra ham on a pizza anywhere near here.

Disappointed - Why does everything turn awful recently?

Ordered a take away pizza, "the works". You used to order this pizza because you got lots of veggies, meats and a substantial pizza. "the works" in 2025 is now just a pepperoni pizza with 1 slice of bell pepper and 4 slices of olives and 2 pepperonis slices on the whole pie; basically a cheese pizza that accidentally ran into a couple of toppings. Crust was flat. The dipping sauce is about 40% smaller.

Just go across the street to Kroger and get a frozen pizza and salad for 1/3 the price. Higher quality and cheaper. Not even sure why I bothered tipping. For this money I can go to a local pub and get better quality at the same price.

At least it didn't make me sick.

Don’t bother ordering food here if you are in a rush. My order took an additional 30 minutes past the time they said it was going to be ready! 50 minutes for 1 supreme pizza is crazy! Really unfortunate, Papa John’s is my favorite.

I ordered ahead of time off the app and accidentally ordered for the following day. When I arrived to pick up, I realized the mistake and communicated the situation to the team. They were quick to start my order immediately despite being extremely busy and were able to get it to me in less than 15 min. Great customer service and the pizza was delicious.

Just paid $50 for the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I paid extra for garlic -parm crust and all I got was burnt pizza. I'm from out of state, and I'm shocked that a place putting out this kind of food is even in operations.

WOW we were hungry & we finally got a pizza that was delicious. Perfect delivery service on time still hot and really good. i’m not sure what the exact order was, because my husband did the ordering. I saw and tasted meatballs, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, plenty of cheese & stuffed crust, and it was really good.

Not the first time we’ve tried to place an order by phone and we’re told they are too busy to take the order unless we are okay being on hold for an undetermined amount of time. How long could it be? No idea! You might be better off calling the order service? I think they mean order online.
