I have used 24/7 a few times. The system is straight forward and easy to use. Just preload your account online and go pick up after receiving a notification. There is 24 hour pick up access for small packages which makes it convenient for people who can only cross the border in the evening after work. For bigger items I had to come during staffed hours. Their staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

I’ve ordered something from eBay and shipped to this mailbox. USPS stated it is delivered to their front desk. When I went there, they said it wasn’t there. I have talked with shipper and USPS, no help. Sent multiple emails to 247, didn’t want to help but blaming USPS. They said USPS made a mistake and misplaced my package. It should show up within a week. After 10 days, nothing happened. 247 mailbox blames everyone but theirselves. It is possible they lost my package.
Who knows? They also said it isn’t uncommon customer packages are lost from time to time. They never made mistake. Are you god? Really? Ok fine I lost a package and they lose a customer. No big deal but I will spread the words. Bad business! See attachment.

Do not go here. Absurdly rude customer service (the girl with the shorter black hair). Chaotic energy inside. There are much better places to get your packages delivered.

Update: there was no disrespect on my side, if anything I wish I had spoken back to that employee in the same dismissive tone she used.

I recently had a retailer send an item in a letter envelope to save on shipping costs for them. This turned out to be quite unfortunate as it ended up getting lumped in with letter mail, and 24/7 Parcel wanted a $15 fee to go look for it. I tried reasoning with them that I had no idea it would be mixed in with letter and junk mail, as the sender told me it would be sent as a parcel, and I don't really know the ins and outs of the postal service - but they were ultimately unwilling to offer a one-time exception.

I am a relatively new customer and have already sent quite a few packages to this location and followed the rules very closely. Even though it was an unintentional mistake, 24/7 Parcel was not willing to accommodate on the basis of "we have to pay our staff for the work they do". However, they also told me that there would be no charge if they couldn't find the envelope. So do the staff not get paid or the time they spend searching in the event that the envelope isn't found? Surely not.

In that case, I'm led to believe that it's not entirely about paying their staff, it's about being stiff and impersonal. Cases like this really do make me miss my old parcel receiving service, which was cost-effective and friendly but suffered the Civid business curse and closed down.
