The reviews are very accurate in the manner that I've been calling for 4 hours 3 times an hour, and I still can't get ahold of anyone. I left a voicemail the first time I called at 9:30, and it's 2: 30 now, and I don't expect them to get back to me until monday, which is honestly so wrong. How can a business have such low standards? How can a business have such low quality customer service and still stay in business? Looks like I need to start up a garbage pick up business in the ansted Boomer area, give them a little competition show them what true customer service and put in your customer's first looks like. It's truly a shame and disgrace to own and operate a business in this manner

They suck. Came only 1 time to get the garbage and will not pick up anymore due to their rules. Their rules are complete garbage. Joke of a company and will be going back to Whitecap Waste.

You can't get a hold of anyone. You pay the bill and they don't pick up trash. The trash falls out of their trucks and thry just keep on moving. What a disgrace of a company.

Have never had an issues. I use BillPay through bank to automatically send checks for payment. No problem. Always return my calls and are glad to set up dates for extra trash pick up. There is a mail slot in the door where you can drop off payment via check or money order after hours.
This is a small town not a big city, so there won’t be all of that top-of the line technology as large cities have. That is perfectly fine. They have good down-to-earth people that work the office. Thank you for all you do, A&W

Take your money not your trash. Only come get it when they want to and if it warm out. Not reliable as other companies that work everyday but Christmas. This is W V it get bad out in winter time. I work outside everyday no matter the weather conditions my customers depend on me. Guess A&W needs get new help not children has to have someone hold their hand to cross road. Be man come get your people trash that pay you each month for your service. And learn how answer your phone or text customers tell them you not coming for weeks. So animals don’t drag your trash out cause you’re not dependable to come get it when you suppose to.

Terrible company. Just go look at the other reviews it speaks for its self. If there were only a handful then whatever, but this company is the worst and most rude I have had to deal with. If I had other trash options I would have switched in a heart beat. Unfortunately I’m stuck with A&W

Should’ve read the reviews before signing up with this service. Drove right pass my trash then no one answers the phone EVER in the office, No matter when you call. Messages go unanswered , no return call- nothing. And it’s 2024, get convenient payment options already.

This is such a a disgrace of a company didn't receive a bill from them. Just a shut off notice and by the time the notice is due they won't get it handled in time so u have to pay an extra amount for a reconciliation fee. What a scam of a company.and there your only option.and what company in 2024 does not take a payment by card...do better
