Mike or Shawn or whoever owns this place sucks (Shawn Gauci) He ripped me off in a Facebook marketplace deal and says he’s the owner and ceo of this company. I wouldn’t do business with them at all.

It has been a year since I shipped with this company - Gichii LLC. They picked my boxes in August 2021 which arrived in Kenya in December 2021. I was informed of arrival in mid January 2022 but I wasn't told when and where to pick up. By the time we had back and forth texts, I had lost my precious stuff. I received some and lost others. In short - they promised a refund which I have not received todate and no communication from the company. John promised to sort me out but he has kept off. THEY LOST A CUSTOMER!!
