I had an AWFUL experience shipping a painting with this company. They drove a fork lift through the 5/8inch plywood crate, the painting was obviously damaged. I sent photos, filed a claim, they don't reply to emails, I had to call in once a week for about two months to follow up on the claim. Laura Suarez was the employee handling my claim, completely useless. She even convinced me to finalize the payment (after the damage) in order to process the claim, then denied the claim without refund. This is not a business, just theft disguised as a business.
