We've scheduled two early-morning pickups to go to the airport this year. James was our driver both times. We are comfortable with his driving and have enjoyed his company; he's a good guy.

Separately, dispatch needs to be sure to verify the correct phone number. They apparently pulled our landline number from their caller ID, but we don't answer that phone. Also, our email to schedule service went unanswered. After a couple days, I just called to schedule our most recent pickup.

Great service provided by James. Knowing my dad was not from his area and having a bad day, James was able to get him home safely. A kind and very thoughtful driver. Thank you!

On feb. 5th 2025 I needed a taxi ride home. The driver"rueban" was so rude the minute I got in. I'm 70 and use a cane. His meter was off and he said charges a flat fee. I told him I've never been charged a flat fee. He said to get out of his taxi and I said no! He got out and came to my door attempted to drag me out. I called for the Indian nation police. The first officer after having a good laugh with rueban let him drive off. I was traumatized. The Lieutenant showed up and was very kind to me. I can't get contact info for the owner of yellow taxi. RUEBAN IS TERRIBLE!!!!!

Don’t use this company. Booked a ride a few days ahead of time for the airport for an international trip. I made it clear it was for the airport. They showed up 10minutes late. The car was absolutely full of trash and old newspapers. The trunk was also completely full of the drivers personal tools and random things. So we had to hold bags on our lap while he had one in the front seat, which was obviously obstructing his view of the side view mirror. There were nail clippings on the floor and in the door compartment. It was disgusting. I called to complain and they told me the manager would call me back. He never did. It’s been almost two weeks.

So they encouraged me to call back because I had a bad experience. When I did, they basically told me I should have tried to called them back more times before leaving a bad review. The manager hung up on me. This place is an actual clown show.

Dispatch was rude as hell. I dnt kno if she’s half Indian by her accent but she answered. My case is I called for an elderly black man. Needed to get home was rushed to the st Claire. In his walker discharged with nothing on him, just needed to get to his home. Called your service told her need a ride over at the Bridgeport jack in the box. Dispatch said you have to have a specific address and then call back and hangs up. 😒 I even told her I’m just a nobody lending a hand giving him a call for a taxi, and I was not familiar with the area for all I know is there’s only one jack in the box at Bridgeport 111th st . pls make it easier especially for cases like this it’s not hard to search up jack in the box, I work as a dispatch too fyi and I go beyond my way to give people the help they need not for me. But for the people I represent. Yeah it’s a cruel world but you don’t have to include yourself into all the nonsense. do better yu kno

My driver was so kind, his name was Robert, and he made me feel safe. He was cheerful without being insincere. I wouldn't say he was the best driver, but certainly not the worst. He did not drive erratically or anything, obeyed speed limits. Definitely would ride with him again:)

Just watched one of your driver’s throw a Mountain Dew can out the window. Tried to get their attention and they kept going. I get that this seems small, but there are still some of us who are trying to keep our communities clean and safe.
