They have terrible communication issue. will never send or recieve anything through this company again. As a company they really should be ashamed at doing business the way they are. More education and customer service training really needs to take place. This is the spirit airlines of shipping.

This place had a package of mine, I gave them a call they gave me the shipping hub address. I went there and within 15 minutes I had my package loaded on my truck. Not sure why all these one star reviews be proactive call them ask the address where your package is, drive there and go get it.

My experience with TForce Freight has been utterly disappointing and frustrating. Entrusting them with the delivery of a critical $16,000 machine turned into a nightmare when the item mysteriously vanished during transit. TForce Freight's inability to ensure the safe delivery of such a valuable item is unacceptable.

Their response to this colossal failure was equally disheartening. Instead of taking full responsibility and offering adequate compensation for the substantial loss, they insensitively offered a mere $152.00 as reimbursement. This amount is insultingly low and fails miserably in covering the true value of the lost item, let alone addressing the financial and emotional distress caused by their negligence.

TForce Freight's lack of accountability and professionalism is deeply concerning. Their indifference to rectifying their mistake by providing an inadequate compensation amount speaks volumes about their disregard for customer satisfaction and their responsibility for their errors.

I strongly caution anyone considering TForce Freight's services to think twice. Their blatant negligence, coupled with their paltry compensation policy, makes them an unreliable and risky choice for freight services. Far and away the worst freight company I've ever dealt with. I do shipping and receiving for a living and am on a first name basis with almost every dispatcher for every one of the dozen or more companies I regularly ship with. TForce is by FAR the worst. From almost NEVER being able to get a truck down same day, to delaying an existing shipment day after day after day despite telling me they were coming. They've even, SEVERAL TIMES wiped a pickup off their board after 3-4 days of me calling that order in and not getting a driver down. Do not, under any circumstances use TForce freight. Literally any other company is a better option.

Use literally any other LTL freight shipper. TForce has a habit of setting an appointment for delivery only to summarily and without notice, never show up. They're impossible to reach for help or scheduling, unreliable, and uncommunicative.

Update: After I contacted the shipper to get their help, they let me know that TForce lied and said "we attempted delivery but nobody was home to receive it." It's unprofessional to lie, far beyond the simple incompetence that likely caused the issue. Never ship TForce.

ZERO star. Do not ship with this company. Continues to lose freight with no customer service to help. Claims come back denied on shipments they have lost. They do not know their own system. We would see tracking updates on our end which they "could not see". No auto response needed for this review please. We all know its a copy and paste response. Another reason why they have terrible customer service.

This company is mostly a scam company that gives you a quote then bills you, then bill you again after shipment, then your obligation to try to dispute it.
They then will post on this site apologies and ask for more info....but never actually respond to you once they have your money. The one 5 star review is the manager.
