1). Never pick up the phone. Out of 10 phone calls you make, you'll be lucky if they answer even once.
2). Finally picked up after 20 minutes on non stop calling and employees out there have assured me that the shipment is ready for a pick up, but when I arrived with a truck, someone else told me that shipment is not ready not. You know what pisses me off the most? No apologies! The guy with whom I spoke was acting like it's my fault that I was given wrong info and not even once apologized for an awful customer service and unprofessionalism of their company.
Will never work with them again!

Arrived for a trailer to get off loaded, women in the office are the WORST! They have no communication skills or ant knowledge of their jobs. They kept making excuses reasons not to off load my trailer. Waited for 5hrs until any help came through. Needs a tons of help on this location. WORST EVER EXPERIENCED!!

The worst experience that I’ve ever had. ABDULLA is the most rude man in Universe. He is not for work with customers, he should find another job. Rates are higher and higher every 6 months, but with the same baddest service.
People, please, try to avoid this organization as much as you can!

Lufthansa uses Hanjin to handle the cargo from their planes...but of course they dont tell you that. After many hours of searching for Lufthansa cargo one stumbles upon Hanjin. Several desperate pet owners packed their offices in search of their beloved animals. $2000 Persian cats, cats and feces encrusted dogs emerged from the warehouse. All in good shape and the right way up.

Update: 48-60 hour breakdown time. As of 48 hours after flight arrival, cargo has still not even started breakdown. Unreliable company. Xiamen would be wise to choose another ground cargo provider at Seattle.

48 hour breakdown time for air cargo. In 10 years of running logistics for my company, I have never seen this. If we cannot get reliable turnaround for air cargo, we cannot use an air carrier. This cargo is with Xiamen - if they cannot guarantee us this never happens again, we will not be able to use this carrier in the future. Hanjin needs to downscale their customer base, hire more workers, get more warehouse space, or Xiamen needs to choose another ground cargo provider ASAP.
