They get you to move in with a a low price, but consistently raise the rent. Mine doubled in 12 months and become some of the most expensive rent in the area. Contract is heavily tilted against the customer. They only give you 30 days notice when they’re raising the rent, but require 30 days notice to move out, basically meaning that unless you make a decision within 24 hours you are stuck paying higher rent for at least a month. It took me two weeks to figure out what I want to do, so now I’m stuck paying rent on an empty unit, which I assume they will rent to somebody else in those 30 days. Staff is friendly, but not actually helpful in actually solving problems.

The manager Mike was very kind. Took his time to show me the units I wanted to look at. Rental transaction was smooth and easy. The facility is very clean and secured which I love!

I really value College Pt. Storage in Lacey, WA. It's exceptionally clean and I always feel my belongings are well protected and dry. I really like the covered parking for loading/unloading; the elevators & the carts.
I especially want to say that STARR, the Manager there, is EXCELLENT! I have been using this storage for several years and she has been the best Manager. She is helpful, professional, and courtesy. When I needed an extra unit, on very short notice, she worked hard to find one close to the one I already had. When I was ready to downsize my large unit to a smaller one, she was able to help me find one close by, for an easy transfer of my things. I had paid several months in advance on the large one, and she was able to transfer those payments to the smaller unit. She made the entire process smooth and simple. I respect how hard she works and her prompt service. She is efficient, dedicated, and reliable.

What a wonderful experience we’ve had with College Point Storage! Starr made it so easy and enjoyable to rent a unit. Great and safe storage! They do have lots of useful packaging materials at their office too available for purchase!
Starr, the property manager, went above and beyond with helping us through the whole process. It felt like a breeze to discuss the leasing contract, to go through all requirements and pricing for different options! On top, Starr guided us through the facility towards our unit and tremendously helped getting acquainted with the security system!
The whole place is very neat and clean! There are plenty of nice carts to help with moving belongings to/from the unit.
The whole property is very thoughtful and well-designed.
I had been to different kinds of storages for comparison and this one is definitely on the top of my list!
