Been here 3 times and They are Loading Very Slow! Nice people in the office I came at 11:30am 30min before my appointment. got door at 4pm and loaded by 5pm. I had some overweight so I had to come back and they put me in the line with other truckers that taking whole load!!!! Got out at 8:02pm I will ask my Dispatch to not take any loads from this location!

Not really sure what all the whining is about. I've loaded here multiple times and have been treated awesome. In fact right now I am 14 hrs early for my appointment (checked in at 18:30 and my appointment is for 8:30 tomorrow) and they gave me the express dock so they could load my 10 pallets and get me rolling quick. No issues here for me. In fact this is one of many places I have no problem getting in and out of quick. Maybe it's all in the attitude. I go in looking professional and clean, with a professional, happy attitude at all my customers and I always get treated well. Try taking a shower, putting on clean clothes and acting professional and maybe some of you will get treated better at shippers.

Ruth if this is not enough room to back, go back to school or hang up your keys. It's a simple angle dock with TONS of room.

The access roads to get to this building are really narrow. Be advised, keep speed limit or 5 mph lower than posted. If I remember correctly speed limit was posted at 35 mph. But once they're the loading crew was excellent. They allowed me to load 5 hours early. I also needed for the loader to fix 9 pallets that were from a first pick. This Crew is willing and able.
Borton and Sons is installing a new building right off of i-82, can't wait for that. I hope they keep the same loading crew.

I've picked up here twice. Both times they couldn't get my load ready before the end of their day and I had to come back the next morning . Once I finally got a dock they were still pretty slow because they had to change the pallets on each stack right on the dock.

Love the express lane at dock 1!!
If they have the freight they load ya early. Only trouble is waiting on transfer loads . But they waited and loaded me at midnight once to get me finished. Super excited about the new build they are moving to soon. As for now it’s still up the curvy road
Also most days the have a food truck that is really good . And they sell apples in the main office
Great shipping people too as well as plenty over parking even for over night

Appointment was at 3pm. Got in a door at midnight. They make you wait for a loader by your trailer with your order information. This probably wouldn't have been all that bad in the summer. In winter, you're standing on an open platform in the freezing cold. All the loaders went to lunch at the same time so I had to wait 20 plus minutes after waiting 9 hours. They also require you to stand at the end of your trailer while being loaded. The only good thing I can say is the people are friendly and you have access to a restroom.

I would not go back if I had a choice

Got here at 13:00, app at 16:00. Now it's 9pm. I was still holding up to not give bad reviews, it's disrespect to drivers to stand outside, next to trailer door to just watch how they load. It's not like Drive are staging area. You are literally standing outside no matter of the weather.
Nice people! But I'm not here for chat I'm here to get loaded and leave two don't be late where I have to be.
