They have always treated us very well. The service department has taken care of any issues promptly and to satisfaction. Jordan has always gone above and beyond when we had an issue with our tractor.

Update: New service personnel and management, we were not impressed. A part that was supposed to be changed failed after supposedly repaired, and the bushing failed again. I was forced to have it taken in again, and they charged me for a failed part they installed. It lasted one month appx. The original locking up and popping rear-end noise came back, no real solution at this time. This is not how you keep customers.

Do to the closer of the Aberdeen store we had to find a new store for service on our JD 3038E. When I talked to the service department I was offered a one time free pickup and delivery. This would be it's first service since we just purchased it a year ago. I paid for the service over the phone but had not received the invoice yet. When I got it I noticed that I was charged for the pickup and delivery. I called and was told be one of the service people that they could not do a credit for the charge. I said maybe you can't but someone else can. So I was referred to the other person in charge. He said no problem I will get back to you because I might need the card info again. Been three days and I have left three more messages? At the least I would expect a call. When someone says they will call back I expect a call back. So I am waiting 🤔

Thank you Pape for responding to my review. I have checked my account and it has been credited for the pickup and delivery charge. My hope is to have a good business relationship with you and your employees. We are on the right track now.✅

I purchase a 4110 with field mower, bucket and box scrapper in 2005. Worked directly with Lance and the sale and follow-up maintenance was fantastic. I think the store has moved but I purchased from the Lilly Rd store. When I moved off my 5 acres in 2014 I sold all and the depreciation was minimal. John Deere is the ONLY way to go if you wish high resale and quality equipment.

My Dad and my husband have both purchased tractors and mowers from this company in the past 5 years.
Before they became a subsidiary of Pape, they were Washington Tractor.
The Sales folks were good at both places. However, the service representatives here are very rude!!!
The woman who answered my Dad's call to inquire about his new mower's status was very rude. She was also rude to my husband when he called. She had her manager call back, and he was even more rude and hung up on my husband. The sales representative finally called, and he handled the issue with professionalism and courtesy.
I hope that other people have a better experience with the service reps there, than we did.
