I NEVER leave reviews but felt like this time it was needed. When I first came in, a very sweet woman helped me. Fast forward to checking out & $78 later, I left feeling "lied to". I asked the gentleman at the counter if I went somewhere else, would it be cheaper? He stated "right around the same price". I just left the post office & found out it wouldve been $30 cheaper to send it from usps. I understand that this business has to make money, but, I feel like he could've been honest with me & let me know that there was cheaper options available elsewhere.

Update #2 - my package was shipped UPS ground because the gentleman working the counter stated it was the cheapest option. He specifically said it was the cheapest option & that it would get there a day sooner. So, I still stick to my original review. I feel lied to & won't be doing business here. Lesson learned!

Had a package rerouted for a hold at this location. I was given a very informative and friendly voicemail notification. I arrived and was greeted by Cynthia who was very helpful and polite in helping me procure my package. I was very impressed with the ease of this pickup and the outstanding and friendly customer service !

We visited the store to get a notary. The employee, Maddy , was absolutely fabulous.

She was able to do everything we needed from notarize, scan, overnight ship!

I highly recommend Lacey Pack and Ship. They did an excellent job packing 4 large boxes of fragile glass items I purchased while visiting the Seattle area. Everything arrived at my home, 3,000 mies away in Florida, intact and unbroken. This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish and I can't thank them enough.
