Had this storage over a year. It was broken into and the surveillance cameras just so happen to not be positioned on the aisle my storage is located. Very unsettling when the facility has a gate but it never closed. After sharing with the owner I would be retrieving my personal belongings within the month there was a lock placed on the storage. Paid for the next month to get the lock off and let the owner know when I’d be back and arrived to storage to still find the lock on the storage. Very unprofessional when it comes to putting customers first. Unit has rodents. Not proactive in getting to storage to take lock off. I would not recommend this storage.

Not sure if Michael is the owner or not, but he is the person you deal with when making phone calls and setting up everything. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!! If you are looking for somewhere to go where you will be talked to and treated like trash, then this is your place!!

Horrible kept units all my things were destroyed. Some things are missing and all I asked was for them to run the cameras to MAKE SURE NOBODY WAS IN MY UNIT. And they gave me an excuse on how it was hit by a car and they can promise no body was in there however could not show me on the cameras to ease my suspicion. I recorded video of the unit. And some how its my fault it is still up to me to clean it. I will be posting the video on the Facebook page.

The owner Michael has a terrible attitude and very disrespectful. I understand it is his facility but that gives him no right to talk to anyone as he does. It is shameful.
