Went this morning to mail a box that contained alcohol which can’t be sent via USPS. The box weighed 8 pounds and was going to VA so I didn’t expect it to be inexpensive. She entered everything into her computer and the price on the computer said $31.28. She said it would be about $60 once the taxes and fees got added! I said that was expensive taxes. She said they had to pay taxes to the other state because it was liquor. Then she said it would be about $50. I wanted to ship it so I paid the price and left. When I got home and looked at my receipt which I thought would have all the details, it showed a subtotal of $50, no tax, and a total of $50. I thought it was odd that it was an exact $50. Then I went on the UPS website to their shipping calculator and entered all the details in there. The cost to ship it through UPS was $31.28, the exact same thing I saw on her computer before the “taxes and fees”. I get that it is a business and she needs to make money. I fully expected to pay more than I would have paid had I driven to Redmond to the actual UPS. But I do think that her arbitrary addition of $18.72 for one package which she will also make more money on from UPS (I knew the previous owner who told me they received a payment for every package they sent out via UPS) is excessive. And clearly it was arbitrary because when she said $60 and I questioned it, the price went down. I’m all about small businesses but this is one I will not frequent again.

I came here for a notary. There was no wait. The asian gentleman notarized my signature in no time. At the same time another employee was taking a passport photo. This is an efficient shop with excellent customer service and plenty of parking. 5 stars!

I used this Pony Express to ship a UPS package today, and the person at the counter was friendly and helpful. So glad they let the rude guy go! Recommend!

I would give 0 stars if I could. My second time using this facility. Each time the man( long hair) has been rude and sarcastic.
I let it go first time, thinking he might have a bad day. But now, and especially after reading other people's reviews, I'm realizing it's just how he is.

He sarcastically laughs at you, making you feel like an idiot and acting as he's the smartest person in the whole Universe.

Definitely the wrong person to work in customer service. Will avoid this place from now on. And you should too!

If I could give zero stars I would. This was my first experience with this store and my last. Ups sent our package here for pickup, I was attempting to get information and the man on the phone was rude!!! Even before I could explain the situation he was talking over me and basically laughing at me for the information I had. If you need to use a place like this, find a better one!!! Atleast a place that knows how to treat people with an ounce of kindness. Not to mention customer service

DO NOT GO HERE. Very disrespectful and unprofessional staff. One of the people working there (a man) spoken condescendingly, was very rude repeatedly from the beginning of the conversation and even yelled at my wife for just asking questions. He was nice enough to men, so seems like he could be the type of person who feels more courageous mistreating women. Would particularly advise women to stay far away
